We are providing a new way for our patients to access self-help and advice, 24/7, 365 days a year by introducing online consultations.  This allows patients to get information for a wide range of new or long term health conditions, and contact a GP online for non-urgent advice and information about treatment, without requiring an appointment.   Once your query has been sent, you will receive a reply back within 48 hours from a Doctor advising of the best course of action for you based on your query. Please click on the link below to view the information available.

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

The CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage them to improve.

They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what is found, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
