We are providing a new way for our patients to access self-help and advice, 24/7, 365 days a year by introducing online consultations.  This allows patients to get information for a wide range of new or long term health conditions, and contact a GP online for non-urgent advice and information about treatment, without requiring an appointment.   Once your query has been sent, you will receive a reply back within 48 hours from a Doctor advising of the best course of action for you based on your query. Please click on the link below to view the information available.

Named Accountable GP

NAMED ACCOUNTABLE GP & OVER 75


 From the 31st March all patients will be allocated an accountable named Gp.  If a patient wishes to express a preference as to which Gp , we as a practice will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request.  If a patient confirms they do not want a named accountable Gp this will be recordred in the patients record. The named accountable Gp will be resonsible for the patients overall care.


In addition patients who are over 75, the Gp will work with relevant associated health & social care professionals to deliver a multi-disciplinary care package to meet the patients needs.  An over 75 health check will be offered by the practice and the practice will review whether a change og named Gp is required upon attaining the age of 75.
