We are providing a new way for our patients to access self-help and advice, 24/7, 365 days a year by introducing online consultations. This allows patients to get information for a wide range of new or long term health conditions, and contact a GP online for non-urgent advice and information about treatment, without requiring an appointment. Once your query has been sent, you will receive a reply back within 48 hours from a Doctor advising of the best course of action for you based on your query. We now offer a text message appointment reminder service for patients who have provided us with their mobile number. A reminder will be sent forty eight hours before your arranged appointment, if you cannot attend you will be given the opportunity to cancel by responding to the message.

Please note the, the inbox is not regularly monitored, we will not be able to respond to any messages sent via this service.
